Formalization of the contract

The information contained in these Conditions and the details available on this Website do not constitute an offer to sell, but rather an invitation to negotiate. In no case will there be any contract between Sacolis and the user in relation to any product until your order is expressly accepted by our services. If your offer is not accepted and the amount corresponding to the order has already been debited from your account, Sacolis will issue a full refund.

To place an order, the user can choose to make the purchase as a guest or by logging into their user account. After selecting the desired products and completing the payment process, the user will receive a purchase confirmation email. This email will confirm receipt of the order and its acceptance by Sacolis.

The purchase and sale contract between Sacolis and the user will be formalized when the user receives the purchase confirmation email. This email will include a summary of the order, the amount paid and confirmation that the order is being prepared for shipping.

Refusal to process the order

Delivery

 Sacolis will make every effort to send the order consisting of the item(s) mentioned in each order before the date indicated in the respective order confirmation email or, if there is no specified delivery date, within the deadline mentioned when selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of Order Confirmation.

However, reasons for delays in delivery may arise, such as, for example, the personalization of items, the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the location of the delivery area.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the established delivery date, the user will be informed of this circumstance and will have the possibility of selecting a new date for delivery of the order, or canceling it, with a full refund of the amount paid. It must be taken into account that Sacolis does not deliver its products, they are delivered by Sacolis' partner distributors, and there may at some point be a delay in the delivery of the order for reasons beyond Sacolis' control.

For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” is considered to have taken place or the order has been “delivered” when the user or a third party indicated by them takes physical possession of the items, which will be proven by signing the Order receipt, at the specified delivery address.

Impossibility of delivering an order

If, after 30 days since your order was made available for delivery, we have not been able to deliver for reasons not attributable to our services, Sacolis will assume that you wish to cancel the Contract, and it will be considered terminated. As a result of termination of the Contract, we will refund all payments received in connection with it, including delivery costs, without any undue delay, and, in any case, within 14 days from the date of termination hereof. Please note that transport resulting from the termination of the Contract may involve additional costs, which we are authorized to charge to the user.

Transmission of risk and ownership of articles

The user will be the owner of the products from the moment Sacolis has received full payment of all amounts due related to the articles, therefore, the risks of the articles will be the responsibility of the user from the moment they are delivered.

Purchase items as a guest

Guest purchasing functionality is available on our website. The user can choose this option or the account creation option, where they can access their customer area.

When choosing the guest option, you will only be asked for essential data to process your order. After completing the purchase process, you will have the opportunity to register as a user or continue as a guest.

Price of products and payments

The prices of the products will be those indicated on our website at the time of purchase, unless there is an obvious error. Despite Sacolis' efforts to ensure that all prices on our website are correct, errors may occur. If we identify an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, offering you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and we will refund all amounts paid by you.

Sacolis is not obliged to supply any product at an incorrect price, even after sending the order, if it is an obvious and unmistakable error, which the user can reasonably recognize as an incorrect price.

The prices shown on our website do not include VAT and exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the order total when the user navigates to the “cart” to pay for the products.

Prices can be changed at any time. However, unless otherwise indicated, these changes will not affect order requests already placed.

The deadline for returns is 14 consecutive days from the date of delivery of the order. Returns are free of charge as long as the reason is considered valid by Sacolis.

After approval of the return, the amount will be refunded in the same way as payment for the order.

Once the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that the amount will be credited to your account in the next few days, and within a maximum period of 14 days.

Remember that the time for credit card refunds depends on your banking institution's policy.

Please bear in mind that in the event of damage to the order caused by the distributor, Sacolis is not responsible for them, being the distributor's full responsibility.

Exchanges and returns policy

Force Majeure Events may include any act, event, failure, omission or accident beyond Sacolis' reasonable control, including, but not limited to:

i. Strikes, occupations or other forms of protest.

ii. Civil conflicts, revolts, invasions, terrorist attacks, war (declared or not) or threats or preparations for war.

iii. Fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, landslides, epidemics and other natural disasters.

iv. Impossibility of using trains, ships, aircraft, motorized transport or other means of transport, public or private.

v. Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.

Entirety of the contract

These Conditions, together with any document mentioned in them, constitute the entire Contract concluded between Sacolis and the user in relation to its subject matter, replacing all previous agreements or promises made orally or in writing between Sacolis and the user.

Sacolis and the user agree to enter into this Agreement regardless of any statement or promise made by the other party or that may be inferred from any statement or document in the negotiations prior to the conclusion of this Agreement, except those expressly mentioned in these Conditions.

Sacolis and the user undertake not to act on the basis of any false statement made by the other party, whether orally or in writing, before the date of entry into force of this Agreement (except in cases where such statements were made in a fraudulent). Any action that either party may take in relation to the other will be solely motivated by a breach of this Agreement, as set out in these Conditions.
