i. Strikes, occupations or other forms of protest.<\/p>

ii. Civil conflicts, revolts, invasions, terrorist attacks, war (declared or not) or threats or preparations for war.<\/p>

iii. Fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, landslides, epidemics and other natural disasters.<\/p>

iv. Impossibility of using trains, ships, aircraft, motorized transport or other means of transport, public or private.<\/p>

v. Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.<\/p>

Sacolis and the user agree to enter into this Agreement regardless of any statement or promise made by the other party or that may be inferred from any statement or document in the negotiations prior to the conclusion of this Agreement, except those expressly mentioned in these Conditions.<\/p>

Sacolis and the user undertake not to act on the basis of any false statement made by the other party, whether orally or in writing, before the date of entry into force of this Agreement (except in cases where such statements were made in a fraudulent). Any action that either party may take in relation to the other will be solely motivated by a breach of this Agreement, as set out in these Conditions.<\/p>
